Function Questions
- How does the deposit work?
- A percentage of the quoted total is taken at checkout to hold the room. The balance is invoiced after the event, once final numbers are settled.
- Which space should I choose?
- Each space lists its seated and standing capacity above. If your numbers sit between two rooms, our coordinator will tell you honestly which one will feel right.
- Can we bring our own cake or wine?
- Cakes are welcome at no charge. Corkage applies to outside wine and is waived entirely on the cellar reserve package.
- When is the booking confirmed?
- Our coordinator confirms availability after your deposit and follows up within one business day with menus, beverage lists, and a layout plan.
